Three Cups of Tea

Friends,
Here is a link to the great book by Greg Mortenson Three Cups of Tea. Greg is a former mountain climber who has been building schools in Pakistan and Afganistan. There is also a link to the Central Asia Institute that you can follow to learn how to help him. Books instead of bombs makes more sense to me.

Garden Link

We are trying a new method on our garden this year from the High Brix Garden people. We started with a soil test and follow up with various natural products and foliar sprays. I will try to post some comparisons between store produce and our garden produce latter this summer. The goal of this method is to grow higher nutritional quality produce.
